Overview:

B-JET: "Bangladesh-Japan ICT Engineers' Training Program" implemented within the JICA technical cooperation project implemented by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) for 8 batches from 2017 to 2020. In 2021, succeeded by North South University (NSU), the University of Miyazaki, and cooperating companies for 6 batches from 2021 to 2024. Based on MOUs signed in December 2024 and February 2025, KEIRINKAN and NSU will operate B-JET program. Following the past B-JET history, the first batch of this Program (October 2025 to March 2025) is numbered as the 15th Batch.

Requirements:

  • Participation in both face-to-face class (at B-JET Center) and online class is mandatory. Students are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation expenses for the schooling.
  • Degree (Bachelor) in CSE, IT or ICT related subjects.
  • ITEE Level 2 (FE) certified candidates can participate in the VIVA directly.
  • Candidates with practical working experience in programming / software development / AI / Machine learning are preferable, fresher can apply.
  • Having considerable knowledge in modern programming languages, good problem-solving ability, good knowledge on Object Oriented Programming and design is preferable.
  • Strong interest in learning Japanese language. Also, self-learning mindset & good communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in the Japanese ICT market,

Class Contents:

  • Nihongo Class: The Nihongo classes in B-JET are designed to teach trainees basic Japanese and help them effectively communicate and navigate life in Japan. Trainees can also receive guidance to attempt JLPT N5 and N4 level exams, aiming for N3 level. The classes are conducted by experienced Japanese language instructors.
  • IT Project Management & Teamwork in Japanese business settings
  • Business Communication and Interview Preparation

Responsibility:

  • Regularly participate in training.
  • Trainee must have the dedication and adaptive mindset to learn the Japanese language and corporate manner.
  • Proactive attitude toward learning. (e.g., turn on the camera while taking the online class)
  • Trainee will strictly maintain the below-mentioned training schedule.

Training Schedule:

  • Training duration: 21 weeks (97 days in total, including the compulsory and extracurricular courses)
  • Days: Monday to Friday of every week
  • Format: Full-time, hybrid (in-person at NSU + online sessions)
  • Time: 9:00 a.m. To 1:00 p.m.
  • Orientation Program: September 29, 2025
  • Start: October 06, 2025
  • End: March 13, 2026
  • Location: B-JET Centre, North South University
