Position -Training Coordinator

Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science or Information Communication Technology.
Experience:
- Minimum 07 years of experience including 05 years in Training Management/Project Management.
- Experience in working with international training institutes and/or developing agencies like JICA, KOICA and the World Bank Group or equivalent.
- Experience of working with Japanese, Koreans, Americans will be added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Office Software and Communication Tools
- Experience in Classroom Based Training, Online Training and Learning Management System (LMS)
Job Description (JD):
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of training programs and courses.
- Liaise with trainers, instructors, and partners in course planning, execution and evaluation to ensure quality.
- Develop and manage course schedules, training materials, and logistics.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders, including BASIS member firms, Academia, development partners like JICA, JETRO, KOICA, and government agencies.
- Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare periodic reports on training activities, budgets, and impact assessments.
- Coordinate marketing and outreach for training programs to attract participants.
- Manage training-related databases and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle participant inquiries and resolve issues complying with SLA.
