Job Responsibilities

  • Should Have capability to ensure quality customer service
  • Customer Response and Answer to customer questionnaire
  • Must be knowledgeable about Face Book(Social Media), Email & Web Chat
  • Handling incoming inquiries from prospective customer or clients
  • Assists customer effectively by solving customer Complain and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide customer additional information or explain Service
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports to Management
  • Able to work on Support Email, Live Chat, Face Book Replies etc.
  • Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (BSC,BBA from any reputed University)

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3year(s) in the related field.

Additional Requirements

  • Automobiles related knowledge is more priority (Like Car Showroom, Car Workshop and Car Accessories).
  • Only Males are allowed to Apply
  • Must have take Challenges
  • Applicant must be capable to handle client in any situation.
  • Must possess good command in spoken & written English and Bengal
  • Must have MS Office (like Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under Pressure
