Job Responsibilities
- Should Have capability to ensure quality customer service
- Customer Response and Answer to customer questionnaire
- Must be knowledgeable about Face Book(Social Media), Email & Web Chat
- Handling incoming inquiries from prospective customer or clients
- Assists customer effectively by solving customer Complain and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide customer additional information or explain Service
- Prepare accurate and timely reports to Management
- Able to work on Support Email, Live Chat, Face Book Replies etc.
- Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers

Educational Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (BSC,BBA from any reputed University)
Experience Requirements
- At least 3year(s) in the related field.
Additional Requirements
- Automobiles related knowledge is more priority (Like Car Showroom, Car Workshop and Car Accessories).

- Applicant must be capable to handle client in any situation.
- Must possess good command in spoken & written English and Bengal
- Must have MS Office (like Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
