Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and from our partners to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints and provide information
- Identify customers' and partners’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Receiving customers’ and partners’ enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
- Respond to emails and update the Business Development Department accordingly
- Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database
- Ensure that partner information is maintained accurately in the partner database
- Supports marketing and sales initiatives
- Maintains records and reports in an organized manner.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Any other related jobs assigned by the management.
Employment Status: Full Time
Educational Background:
- O level/ A level/ HSC/ BBA background necessary.
- Under graduation enrolled freshers with good English communication skill are encouraged to apply.
- SSC/ HSC/ BBA with good English communication skill are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:

- Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker)
- Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in a positive or negative situations.
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
- Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
- Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
- Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.
Location: North Badda, Dhaka.
