Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

Educational Qualifications and other requirements:

  • 4-Year Graduation/Post Graduation in Finance/Banking/Accounting and Information Systems/Management/ Supply Chain Management/Sociology/Applied Social Science/Economics/Computer Science and Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/Law from reputed public/private university with minimum three 1st Division/Class/ Equivalent CGPA having no 3rd Division/Class/Equivalent CGPA in any academic result.
  • Not more than 30 years of age as of 16 February 2024.
  • Excellent ability in speaking and writing in English and Bengali.
  • Capable of multi-tasking with strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in computer literacy and communication.

Remuneration:

BDT 60,000 (Gross) plus other fringe benefits.

Selection Process:

  1. Screening and short-listing of candidates who meet qualifying requirements.
  2. Candidate to appear in competitive written test.
  3. Interview.
  4. Final selection and offer.
