Duties and Responsibilities
The faculty, Job Placement & Monitoring Officer will be working in the office and on-site as below:
- Preparing training session plans & session delivery plans.
- Conducting a training session as per guideline
- Checking trainee's attendance and grooming regularly.
- Follow up with trainees/guardians if someone is absent in class.
- Preparing relevant training materials and making them available for trainees.
- Checking equipment and lab facilities regularly and maintaining inventory
- Maintaining the class-time ratio (80% practical, 20% theoretical)
- Conducting Demonstration & Theory classes as per guidelines.
- Giving extra time to poor trainees for development
- Conducting Formative and Summative assessments as per guidelines
- Maintaining all training-related registers properly
- Visitingvarious hospitality organizations to get the industry demands (job/internship)
- Correspond with different stakeholders through mobile, email, and FAX regularly.
- Communicate job opportunity updates to management and trainees regularly
- Assist trainees in developing various soft skills.
- Provide special counsel to trainees where it requires
- Answering queries from visitors of social media regularly.
- Visit the hospitality industry to get updates on trainees who are performing traineeship there.
- Strengthening industry linkage and inviting industrial personnel to our institution.
- Maintain and conduct monitoring officers all register for Govt. paid courses.
- Arrange, Conduct, and participate in study tours, cultural activities, and fairs regularly.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Required qualifications, competencies, and experience Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management
- Experience: 3-5 years (preferably in Front Office)
- Computer Skills: Ms Word, Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Enjoy in teaching
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent reporting, interpersonal, and team working skills.
