Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Preferred: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from BUFT, Santo Mariam, BUTEX, or any other reputed institute/university.

Additional Requirements

• Skills in Sales & Marketing for Garments Accessories are essential.
• Candidates with backgrounds as foreigners, merchandisers, Garments Accessories GMs will receive priority and special benefits.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Strong ability to achieve sales targets and convince customers effectively.
• Must demonstrate innovative thinking for simplifying tasks.
• Strong people management and team motivation capabilities.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with a 100% export-oriented garments accessories manufacturer & exporter.
• Handle multiple buyers and styles related to accessories items (e.g. Silica Gel Desiccant, Natural Clay Desiccant, Best Dry Desiccants, etc).
• Maintain communication with buyers and ensure their requirements are met.
• Achieve monthly sales targets as set by management.
• Identify new customers and expand the business.
• Align sales targets with production capacity and monitor accordingly.
• Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the management.
