Job Title: Product Manager (Electrical & Home Appliance)

Job Responsibilities -
- Working directly under the top management, taking overall responsibility for the success of the products
- Manage product development process from product management point of view.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the products, market, competitor activity and competition.
- Develop product management plan to achieve financial and operating targets.
- Work with senior management to develop product positioning and go to market strategy.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products.
- Work closely with the senior management for proper Supply Chain Management.
- Prepare MIS for brand sell performance, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to develop brand strategy.
- Manage stock aging in coordination with Distribution Department and take necessary plan to clear out slow moving Stocks.
- Contribute in product pricing strategy by utilizing market research data; reviewing import and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
- Researching competitors and similar products.
- Participates in the preparation of promotional offers/campaigns and actively collaborates with the marketing team;
- Leading and facilitating product training in coordination with sales team
- Provides the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the products;
Employment Status -
Educational Requirements -
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field/Higher Diploma in Marketing is preferred
Experience Requirements -
- At least 7 years and should definitely have 4 years’ experience in the functions of product management/retail in Home Appliances, with quantifiable professional results as product manager.
Additional Requirements -
- Age at least 32 years
- Proven track record in product management (electronics & home appliance)
- Creative, strong organizational skills and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as well in in a team.
- Strong in Presentation and Data analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good documentation skills
- Understand and support to develop long term business vision
- Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences
- Ability to think 'outside the box'
Job Location -
- Work at Corporate office in Motijheel, Dhaka.
