Job Context

Best Electronics Limited is a renowned world-class home appliance retail sales company with 115 showrooms in sixty one districts and dedicated distribution network all over Bangladesh. Best Electronics has authorized distributorship of almost all major home appliances brands around the world including Hitachi, Sharp, Panasonic, Whirlpool, CONION (own brand), Philips, V-Guard, Toshiba and many more. Our current priority is customer’s convenience and significant growth in our online sales. In this regard we are looking for a high-performing dedicated online/e-commerce sales team who are capable to do online sales.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will meet our customer’s satisfaction, convenience, and revenue growth objectives. Each individual online sales executive responsibility includes executing online sales, meeting periodical sales targets, analyzing and interpreting data, managing inventory hub, remittance collection, and understanding customer trends.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Have to identify, qualify and grow seller commitment to sale online markets;
  • Responsible to achieve daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets in the allocated territory;
  • Understand and utilize the right tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve periodic sales goals;
  • Have to implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality in your territory. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity;
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports of the respective territory;
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets and operational metrics;
  • Develop a clear understanding of Best Electronics' international brand products along with the features and functionalities;
  • Handle customer queries and response to all the queries;
  • Responsible to reply to all the relevant customer's comments on Online Site/Facebook and provide required information regarding products & services to the potential customers through Facebook messenger;
  • Identify, analyze and solve the problems of online sales and use the resources provided by management to overcome the problems as soon as possible;
  • Responsible for assisting complex contract negotiations and serving as a liaison to the legal team; and
  • Carryout any other duties as directed by the Management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

  • Business Graduate, Degree in e-Commerce/Computer Science or any other related field.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 03 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 24 years
  • Should have strong knowledge of relevant IT programs and programming languages (which will be tested during the interview).
  • Ability to understand the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings;
  • The applicants should have experience in the area(s): e-Commerce and electronics home appliances Online Sales & Marketing;
  • Well-developed understanding of data analysis and interpretation as well as website metrics
  • Creative, strong organizational skills and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently;
  • Proficient in effectively manage a long tail pipeline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Recognize problems reacting quickly and effectively to resolve them;
  • Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences; and
  • Ability to think 'outside the box'.
