Job Title : In charge Branch Operation

: Berger Sales office, B.Baria

Key Accountabilities

  • Process all kinds of bills (tour bill, depot expense bill, lunch bill, rent a car, utility) ensuring faster disbursement through finance department.
  • Ensure Security service, safety and maintain healthy atmosphere at work place.  Ensure adequate number (determined by Fire Dept.) of firefighting equipment’s and refill timely.  Organise two fire drill in a year. Ensure first aid box.
  • Receive and maintain records of dealer’s Gift.
  • Maintain, check & monitor attendance, leaves, OT of employee.  Update relevant registers in connection with (Labour Law, DIFE) and send relevant reports to DIFE.
  • Oversee overall operation of SSO- Invoice, SSO- Order taking, Finance & Distribution.
  • Update all licences (Trade, DIFE, Fire) and keep liaison with relevant government agencies.
