Role Profile

Key Accountabilities

• Execute safe and efficient receiving, storage, handling and dispatch of goods as per SOP.
• Manage all the non-management work force in the warehouse to carry out all the physical activities ensuring maximum productivity.
• Plan routings for the invoiced product considering delivery location, load optimization and transit time to ensure fastest delivery of the goods to customers in a cost efficient way.
• Coordinate as a depot coordinator for the Complaint Management Process and execute actions/ persuade relevant teams for faster resolution of the complaints to maximize Customer Satisfaction.
• Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
• Promote teamwork and motivate non-management staff as well as 3P logistics workers in line with BPBL vision and comply with policies and SOPs.
  

Knowledge, Skill, Experience & Competencies 

Qualification:
BBA / MBA from any reputed university

Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience will be preferred
