Job Title : Territory Manager- Texbond
: Sales
Location : Berger Sales Office, Tejgaon, Dhaka

Key Accountabilities

  • Managing sales for customer wise products to achieve the yearly budget to ensuring smooth business corporate customers.
  • Prepare, monitor and submit the monthly forecast to ensure optimum stock availability to avoid sales loss.
  • Manage and negotiate to create new customer and review time to time and enlist our valued
  • Customer to ascertain the growth. .
  • Operate existing and new customers submitting sales offer, price quotation and bill processing to achieve monthly target.
  • Monitor competitor’s activity and gather their offer and product samples and analyse how to grab their market share.
  • Develop new products/shade by understanding market demand and evaluate competitor products (price, quality, coverage and availability) and maximize our market share minimizing competitor   market share
  • Order taking and ensure invoicing and follow-up on time delivery communicating with distribution   department.
  • Check receivables and collect payment/AIT Challan from customer end and deposit/adjust against customer receivables to ensure financial discipline.
  • Listen to customer complain, understand the problem and  provide technical support     (demonstration, trouble shooting and training) to ensure continuous business and strengthen the relationship. 

Knowledge, Experience and Competencies

Qualification :

  • BSc in Textile Engineering. MBA will be an added advantage


  • Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in Textile Chemical Marketing
