Job Description / Responsibility
- Prepare engineering project offers, sales offers & tenders for HVAC & Refrigeration segment (VRF,Central AC Installation with experience)
- Applicants should have experience in business development, corporate sales, marketing, public relation
- The applicants have experience in the sales and marketing in HVAC System will get preference.
- Hands on job to be done on project sites
- Do pre sales meeting with clients.
- Lead team of technicians on project sites according to the work description
- Maintenance project team management
- On-field trouble shooting
- Develop expert team on Refrigeration & Air-Condition
- Be responsible to improve continuously the performance of the products & services by taking relevant corrective and preventive actions, and plan for to deliver best practice initiatives
- New product & technologies introduction in the market.
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years practical experience on HVAC Sales/offer making.
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- At least 5-7 years practical hands on experience of HVAC products sales & marketing. Must have technical knowledge to prepare project offers.
- Good Knowledge of operated HVAC & Cold Room is must.
- Ability to work under pressure and long hours
- Must have in depth knowledge in MS Office (Particularly MS Excel)
- Hands on project implementation experience
- Must be customer focused and target oriented
- Must be a good team player
