Job Responsibility:
- Practical installation & commissioning experiences of fire detection & protection system for minimum 7-10 years.
- Must have knowledge of fire fighting equipment's and different security electronic equipments.
- Candidates must have ability to communicate at executive level, both written and orally, through superior communication skills.
- Must have good knowledge on Modern fire safety, detection & protection system as per ACCORD, ALLIANCE & NFPA, BNBC regulations.
- Design of Fire Alarm, Detection, Hydrant, Standpipe, & Sprinkler Systems as per NFPA.
- Responsible for installation and application of fire detection, protection system as per NFPA rule.
- Clear understanding over fire safety Drawing, Design and Documents.
- Preparing BOQ and Offer for Fire Safety Systems.
- Prepare the accord and Alliance CAP as per their guide line
- Market survey & gather field information.
- Service & support to the existing clients.
- Report project status periodically
- Discuss & give identical decision site basis.
- Estimate, requisition, management of materials.
- To deal with customer for fire safety system with necessary technical presentation and feasibility preparation if required.
- Identify all the relevant technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Sound knowledge in sprinkler system,air sampling & hydraulic calculation with drawing plan.
- Generating narratives, cost estimates, and performing calculations
- Prepare and conduct safety training sessions for employees and vendors.
- Being a dependable team player, ready to learn and assist in whatever capacity is needed.
- Works well under pressure and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Attend sales meeting with marketing team.
- Site monitoring & provide support upon importance basis.
- Document and equipment record & checklist maintenance.
Additional Requirements
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Minimum 7 years experience in Fire & Safety industry for Managerial position.
- Fire certificate from reputed Institution is preferable.
- Proper knowledge about fire service law, labor law and national building code of Bangladesh.
- Proper knowledge about NFPA and standard role.
- Proper knowledge about accord and alliance standard.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Security Management, Garments, Group of Companies.
- Fire license Certificates Holder is extra preferable.
- Knowledge in Tender preparation is also preferable,not mendatory.

Educational Qualification:
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering is preferable.
- Bsc in Electrical/IP Engineering also can apply.
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/IP can apply for site engineers or project engineer position.
- Graduated from any reputed university from Home or abroad. (BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET,Ahsanuallh University etc may get priority.)
