Senior Officer- IT (Hardware)

Job Descriptions:

• Provide IT support to all user in organization and configure & troubleshoot all computer accessories (desktop, laptop, scanner, printer etc.)
  
• Setup & diagnose LAN/ WAN/ Wireless
  
• Install SQL Server, Oracle Server & Developer to the Server’s & all user’s PC and configure & troubleshoot of Microsoft Outlook
  
• Review, maintain & develop IT policy and procedures to support the company needs and strategic objectives
  
• Bring IT services by adapting and developing ideas
  
• Any other necessary task assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• B. Sc or Diploma in CSE from any reputed university
• 3 to 5 years of working experiences in relevant field
  
• Practical knowledge about Firewall, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, File Server, WSUS, SQL Server & Oracle Server
  
• In depth Knowledge about laptop, desktop, hardware & software installation, troubleshooting, printer sharing, (TCP/IP) protocols, and LAN/WAN
  
• Possession of excellent communication skill, interpersonal relationship, cross- cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity, physical stamina are required
  
• Ability to work under pressure, multi- tasking and hard working
