Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance

Job Description

  • Handling and following up quality Management (Change Control, Deviation, Incident, CAPA, Risk Assessment etc.)
  • Handling of internal audit and preparing annual plan to follow up execution
  • Acting as in-charge of compliance team
  • Preparing GMP documents such as SOP, Protocols, etc
  • Checking BMR, BPR, QC analysis data sheet before batch release
  • Handling and investigating the customer complaint and giving feedback, taking CAPAs and implementing accordingly
  • Handling source approval and vendor qualification.
  • Ensuring first time quality and following up the updated cGMP requirements & update QMS accordingly
  • Conducting vendor audit & preparing report
  • Any other assigned tasks given by head of department

Job Specification

  • M. Pharm/M. Sc in chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Biochemistry from any recognized university with excellent academic record
  • Expert user of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Possession of creative & innovative ideas, self- driven attitude and skill for problem solving & decision- making

Job Experiences

  • At least 05 (Five) years of experiences in relevant field of a reputed pharmaceuticals company
