Job Description / Responsibility

• Identify and select the target group/prospective investors for fund raising.
• Gathering a comprehensive database of local and foreign investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with prospective investors especially with the corporate bodies and high net worth individual.
• Communication with the foreign investors and
• build repo with them.
• Prepare Information Memorandum in collaboration with investment department for raising fund.
• Prepare presentation for both domestic and foreign investors. Present before the investors when necessary.
• Arrangement of different Road Show programs for the prospective investors.
• Act with the investors for subscribing the fund in full.
• Send required reports, statement to the Unit holders.
• Ensure KYC and other compliance aspect of the investors.
• Ensure adherence of necessary laws of the land including clear idea about other regulations and circulars of BSEC.
• Liaising with BSEC for necessary approval of fund.
• Generation of different types of report for Management as well as for the Board
• Any other job time to time assigned by the Management

Experience Requirements
Minimum 8 year(s) experience on fund Raising/ Deposit Mobilization in any financial Institutions or venture capital/private equity firm
