Job Responsibilities
- To collaborate with the team in planning and executing training programs.
- Assist in marketing planning of different Training Programs to be offered to different target groups.
- Developing & executing a Training Strategy aligned with the business.
- Smart communication in client management
- Coordinating Training operations
- Reporting on regular basis.

Educational Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline is acceptable for entry into this profession; maturity in attitude, relevant experience and personality are usually more important than subject studied. However, Marketing/HR Major will get some preference.
Experience Requirements
- Not applicable, However, 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience is appreciable.
Additional Requirements
- Experience in arranging or coordinating training programs and active in University level Extra-curricular activities.
- Practical orientation of Marketing vehicles rather than having Theoretical Marketing knowledge.
- Having good Inter-personal skills and eager to face situations to prove it.
- CGPA doesn't matter. However, low CPGA without having anything is resume not worth of mentioning, are not encouraged to apply.
- Professional fluency in Bangla and English.
