• Answer customer query about products and services relating to the company.
• Provide product information to the prospective clients
• Understand customer requirements and suggest as per requirements
• Manage customer information.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in Tele-Sales will be preferred.
• Should have good negotiation skill.
• Good vocal tone is desired
