Sales Executive, Dhaka (Incentive based)

Job Responsibilities

• This is a target-oriented position, have to manage proactive sales to ensure sales target are achieved within planned time frame.
• The job will require at least 40 shop visits per day in a specific area. The shops include restaurants, show-rooms, pharmacies, fashion outlets etc
• Develop sales plan and strategy to increase market share and achieve monthly sales target.
• Forecast monthly sales revenue.
• Work closely with Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Area Sales Executive and Territory officer to monitor progress, motivate team and solve problems in market.
• It is a highly mobile position, have to work 20-24 days in field to manage assigned territories. No need to come office for reporting.
• Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
• To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of repot as required
• Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in conducting team training will be an added advantage
• Do other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements

• HSC
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Graduates from other disciplines with proven expertise in corporate sales can also apply.

Experience Requirements

• At most 1 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Additional Requirements

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• The job will require lots of client (b2b) visits.
• Applicants having hands on experience in the b2b sales will be preferred.
• Must be proactive, smart, self motivated
• Must have aggressive selling attitude
• Should have skill in business communication
• Should have good presentation skill
• Good IT skill (Word, Excel, Power-point, e-mail, Web browsing)
• Must be prepared to work under pressure
• Should be good in written & spoken English
