Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Are you passionate about crafting intuitive and visually appealing user experiences? Bdjobs.com Ltd, Bangladesh's leading online job portal, seeks a talented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements and brainstorm design ideas.
  • Create user personas, user flows, and sitemaps to document user needs and goals.
  • Design wireframes and prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
  • Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
  • Choose colors, fonts, and images to create a visually appealing and consistent user experience.
  • Stay updated with trending design elements and incorporate them into projects to keep designs fresh and innovative.
  • Continuously test and refine designs based on user feedback.

Employment Status: FullTime


Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts Institute, BFA, MFA, etc. preferred.
  • Educational background may be relaxed based on experiences and expertise.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Art & Sketch, Figma, Graphic Design (Computer Aided)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company,IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 28 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Please mention your portfolio (behance, dribbble etc.) in your CV.
  • Should be cooperative and self-motivated.
  • Must be flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Figma(Most Preferable), Adobe XD (Adobe Experience Design), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
  • Basic knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, and jQuery is an Advantage to understand and communicate effectively with developers.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
