Job Description / Responsibility

  • Learn and understand the products and services of the company.
  • Call and contact potential and existing clients to promote products and make sales.
  • Convince customers to purchase and encourage repurchase by building good relationships.
  • Handle customer questions, problems, and complaints politely and professionally.
  • Collect feedback from customers and share it with the team to improve products and services.
  • Suggest solutions based on customer needs and feedback.
  • Keep clear records of all customer calls, sales, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Work Schedule: 6 days in a week (roster-based).

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Telesale

Experience Requirements

  • At most 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Leasing,Training Institutes,Advertising Agency,Software Company,IT Enabled Service,Newspaper/Magazine,Web Media/Blog,E-commerce
