Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Executive will present proper communication between the company and clients.
  • Receive inbound call, email and provide one stop service.
  • Answering customer’s technical queries.
  • Candidate will be well aware of the company’s services/products and price detail.
  • S/He will be well aware of the service delivery process and steps.
  • Customer Care Executive will attain customer satisfaction and building rapport.

Educational Requirements: Graduation in any subject. MBA will be and added advantage.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age: 22 - 25 years
  • Very good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
  • Multi-tasking ability, handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Efficient in web based environment
  • Good sense, judgment and analytical skills to overcome situation.  
  • Should have patience and good listening skills.
  • Computer proficiency: MS Office Suite, Bangla and English Typing ability, web related basic technical knowledge.
  • Ability to quick understanding of customer needs and fulfill customer need.
  • Familiar with blog, social media web based environment.
  • Easy going personality in an intra-departmental collaboration.
  • Experience in call center, IT enabled industry will be an added advantage.
