AGM (Engineering)

• Should have B.Sc in Engineering. Having an MBA will be given preference.
  
• Minimum 15 years practical experience in similar field, preferably in any renowned real estate company.
  
• Leadership qualities and capability to manage a large team of Engineers, good in planning, policy implementation and expected to work in a challenging atmosphere.
  
• Capable to run the company individually when required.
  
• Sufficient computer literacy and fluency both in English and Bengali communication is expected.

Manager (Engineering)

• Must have B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any recognized University
  
• Minimum 12 years practical experience in reputed real estate company in the similar position
  
• Capability in project planning, estimation and implementation
  
• Sufficient computer literacy and fluency both in English and Bengali communication is expected.

Manager (Procurement)

• Should have MBA/Masters in any discipline from any recognized University with at least 10 years experience in a reputed real estate company in the similar position.
  
• Should be capable in enterprise resource planning (ERP), financial analysis, inventory management, supply chain management, point of sale, procurement and project management programs.
  
• Should have the ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines, a confident and mature approach, tact and diplomacy.
  
• Should have analytical skills, commercial awareness, a good standard of numeracy in order to analyze facts and figures, a flair for negotiation and networking
  
• Must have the ability to adapt to different clients needs and to develop and maintain successful working relationships.
  
• Candidate should have good oral and written communication skills

Site Engineer

• Must have Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized University
• At least 7 years experience in a reputed real estate company in the similar position
  
• Precedence will be given to those who worked in the construction of high-rise building
  
• Fluency both in English and Bengali communication is expected.
