A leading & reputed company is looking for qualified, dynamic, and self-motivated Engineer & sales personnel for the following position for immediate recruitment.

Job Responsibilities

• The incumbent must visit different Organization/Corporate Office/Industry/Work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
• Find out the probable customers & provide them with all information about organization.
• Discover business opportunities by identifying the target market with customers via meetings, phone calls and email.
• Sourcing the market opportunity and Gathering market and customer information by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
• Promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Identifying the Bonafede Sales Goals.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Regular Motivation, training, and Creating Sales plan to be provided to the Juniors.
• Managing Accounts on delivery of the products and accordingly day-to-day fund collection from the clients as per agreement.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Civil, BBA, MBA from any reputed University/Institute

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6 year(s) in RMC Sales.
