Exciting tasks await you

  • Understand and demonstrate subject matter specialty on:
    • Salary/compensation benefit administration.
    • Provident Fund (PF) and Gratuity Fund (GF) schemes management/ accounting.
    • Personal tax computation and return filing.
    • Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 and Income Tax Act 2023.
  • Ability to calculate and manage employee claims.
  • Prepare journals and reports on automated system/payroll application.
  • Apply strategic thinking to solve business issues and complex regulatory problems.
  • Apprise and coordinate with finance / accounting team for timely payment disbursement.
  • Develop, upgrade and implement internal management staff organogram within the firm.

You possess the following skills and
experience

Minimum requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skill.
  • 1-year prior experience in relevant field.

Preference:

  • Certification in HR Management
  • Experience of working in outsourcing service delivery organization.
  • CA course completion and having experience on PF, GF and WPPF financial statement.
