Job Context:
The Deputy Manager – IT oversees the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, cloud management, system administration, and end-user support. Key responsibilities include managing website operations, live streaming, access control, procurement, and vendor coordination. This role requires expertise in networking, cloud platforms, IT security, and technical support to ensure seamless IT operations aligned with organizational objectives.
Education
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science or Engineering, or Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Preferred Professional Certifications: CCNA/MikroTik.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in relevant IT fields, with a demonstrated track record of success in network administration, server management, and technical support.
Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a qualified, knowledgeable IT Professional to help our company develop, use, and integrate IT systems. S/he will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems and providing training to users to maximize the productivity value of technology in business.
- Oversee and lead the IT infrastructure team, managing servers, network devices, and end-user systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi routers, switches, and access points, with advanced expertise in MikroTik routers, LAN/WAN infrastructure, DNS, IP configurations, and VPN setups.
- Manage cloud-based hosting servers (AWS, Linode, Liquid Web, Acronis Backup) along with integrated platforms such as Cloudflare, WHM, cPanel, Plesk, and GitHub, ensuring website hosting, backups & disaster recovery.
- Manage FTP servers, Active Directory, and Synology Network Attached Storage (NAS), ensuring proper configuration and maintenance.
- Manage domain management and utilize Cloudflare DNS for enhanced security and performance.
- Administer website content, conduct backups, manage admin panels, and coordinate website development with end-users and development teams.
- Perform comprehensive workstation maintenance, including operating system installation and configuration, data backup and recovery, and advanced hardware and software troubleshooting to ensure optimal workstation performance and reliability.
- Provide comprehensive end-user support for workstations, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment, ensuring timely resolution of issues and providing training on IT best practices and cybersecurity awareness.
- Administer Google Workspace services, including user access management, service distribution, and troubleshooting.
- Administer IP PBX systems (3CX solutions), configure IP telephones, and manage call center operations, ensuring seamless communication.
- Manage audio-visual systems for seminars and workshops, including sound system configuration and video conferencing setup, ensuring clear communication and effective visualization.
- Execute live streaming operations for indoor and outdoor events, encompassing camera configuration and YoloBox management.
- Configure and maintain CCTV surveillance systems (IP cameras, NVRs), ensuring optimal coverage and data retrieval.
- Configure access control systems, manage user accounts, and generate attendance reports.
- Manage IT procurement, vendor relationships, and maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and manuals.
- Monitor and manage SMS and email campaigns, ensuring effective communication strategies.
- Oversee the administration of all organizational social media pages and groups (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram) and business accounts (Meta, YouTube Channel), managing user access and monitoring content publication.
- Develop and maintain detailed IT documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), network diagrams, and inventory records.
- Collaborate with other departments to align IT services, website operations, and event management with organizational objectives.
