Job Context

• Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) is the national trade body for Software & IT Enabled Service industry of Bangladesh. We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create amazing user experiences.
  
• Minimum Employment agreement is 1 (One) year.
  
• Candidate will be considered permanent after 3 months “provisional period”. Leave and other benefits will be applicable only after being an employee in the company for 3 Months.

Job Requirements:

• Create an awesome UI/UX design for website or mobile app.
  
• Extensive knowledge of essential design tools (Sketch/Figma/Adobe XD, etc.)
  
• Should be advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  
• Experience in creating responsive design.
  
• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the ICT industry’s latest trends and technologies.
  
• Solid understanding of color science and combinations.
  
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the IT industry or related field as UI/UX Designer.

Job Responsibilities

• Creating user-centered designs by understanding organization requirements.
  
• Create high-quality UX and UI deliverables to communicate the intended user experience such as screen flow diagrams, prototypes, mockups, icons, and UI specifications.
  
• Collaboration with the developer team to ensure website’s quality.
  
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  
• Improve the design of existing websites and creating new as per requirements.
  Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance, scalable product with a minimal footprint.
  
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend architecture.
  
• Conduct user tests of developed applications to evaluate user experience.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in CSE or Degree in Design, or related field.

Experience Requirements: At least 2 year(s)

Job Location: Kawran Bazar, Dhaka

Salary: Tk. 30,000 – 40,000 (Based On Expertise)

• 6 working days in a week
