We are now seeking to recruit Front Desk Executive.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  
• Act as the first point of contact for client visits, ensuring a positive experience.
  
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  
• Take messages and relay information accurately and promptly.
  
• Handle inquiries about agency services and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  
• Register and announce visitors, ensuring they are promptly attended to.
  
• Manage meeting room reservations and set up for client presentations.
  
• Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area at all times.
  
• Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including handling mail and packages.
  
• Assist in coordinating internal and external events.
  
• Support office-wide initiatives for a smooth workflow.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year

Additional Requirements

• Superior command in Bangla and English Language
  
• Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
  
• Time management skills
  
• Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and basic office equipment.
  
• Preferred Experience in the Media/Advertising Agency/Communication sector will be an added advantage.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
  
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
