		Vacancy: 5 Key Points IELTS Preparation At least 2 years of experience CELTA certification Job Description / Responsibility British American Resource Center is a premier IELTS training provider with operations in Uttara and Mirpur. The company has partnered with the British Council and IDP Education Bangladesh Pvt Ltd. We are looking for three IELTS instructors for our top IELTS training programs who can deliver IELTS training modules in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. In this position, you will typically be expected to teach 30 hours per week, and you are encouraged to prepare and develop study materials for 5-10 hours per week. Job Responsibilities: Conduct English language classes. Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in high-quality IELTS training sessions. Create course materials and study guides in both print and digital formats. Help participants improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in individual and group sessions. Assign homework and interesting exercises. Monitor and evaluate the classwork and homework, and update the progress of students. Prepare the syllabus in accordance with the modules. Ensure that the classroom stays orderly. Employment Status: FullTime Educational Requirements Bachelor degree in any discipline [BRAC University, University of Dhaka, North South University, Jahangirnagar University, Independent University, Bangladesh ]students will get preference Training/Trade Course:Training Institute Skills Required: Content writing, Education and Training, English Teaching, teaching or training teachers, Develop content or educational materials Experience Requirements At least 3 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): language training, Teaching/ Training The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes,Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup Additional Requirements Age 24 to 45 years Both males and females are allowed to apply Candidates must have at least two years of experience in teaching adults and be familiar with adult education methodologies. Candidates should possess a strong academic background and he or she should also be familiar with material development. Able to work for long hour until 6.30pm Two years in IELTS teaching experiences Content writing and material development experiences will get priority. Job Location: Dhaka (Uttara Sector 11) Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly) Compensation & Other Benefits Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share, Provident fund Salary Review: Half yearly Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly) We provide intensive training for our facilitators, instructors, and trainers.
