Job Responsibilities:
- Able to Implement appropriate operational sales strategy to achieve the sales target through distribution, productivity, coverage, visibility and market research.
- Accomplish marketing and sales activities by planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, market demand and supply. Plan, organize, direct and control the respective regional sales staff to meet the progress of sales target achievement.
- Analyze sales performance to understand the execution strategies, sales trends, market environment and competitions.
- Identify market opportunities, analyzing consumer requirements, market size, the competitor's share, competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecast projected business, establish targeted market share.
- Daily communicate with the respective regional sales force and offer them the coaching, counseling, advice, support, training, motivation or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives as well as increase their productivity.
- Visit Dealer/Distribution point and solve trade queries and problems.
- Ensure optimum level of stocks at all times and effectively controls distributor's performance.
- Monitor and handle distributor functions and the appointment of new distributors in uncovered areas.
- Analyze Monthly Target, Distributor Stock, and Credit & over Due report & take necessary action based on findings.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
- Provide information to top management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Improvement of sales as assigned target given by the company.
- Organize training program according to yearly plan to educate the sales force on recent trends.
- Arrange and participate in different fair as and when require.
- Undertake different types of promotional activities & marketing campaign to boost the brand.
- Carry out any other job as assigned time to time by the management.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in any discipline from reputed public or private universities.
- BBA & MBA in Marketing is preferable.
- Educational qualification may be relaxed in terms of experience.
Experience Requirements: 14-18 years.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 40 to 48 years.
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Candidate must have experience in FMCG sectors in current employment.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable. (Attractive salary will be offered for deserving candidates)
