Job Description/Responsibility:
- To inculcate a learning culture through designing and developing attractive training sessions.
- Analyze and assess training needs of the organization.
- Develop, maintain and roll out complete annual training calendar.
- Design and implement new training modules in coordination with Branches/Divisions/Departments.
- To make training more interactive, practical and closer to the business needs, introduce innovative & creative training tools & techniques. This may include On-the-Job-Training, e-learning programs, presentations, videos, software etc.
- Develop means of measuring the effectiveness of training programs through test, evaluations, etc.
- Ensure warm welcome of all new employees through timely Induction Program and also ensure their positive experience in Bank Asia.
- Prepare, control and keep a track of Learning & Development budget.
- Maintain all records related to training hours, training attendance, training evaluations, etc.
- Reporting and Analysis - Timely updates and communication of all (weekly, monthly & yearly) reports & analysis pertaining to objective planning, periodic review and performance improvement plan.
- Link training outcomes with performance of each employee.
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in any discipline from any reputed university. HRM or Management disciplines will be preferred.
Job Experience: Minimum 12-15 years job experience in a reputed organization. Minimum 05 years’ experience as Head of Training.
Additional Requirements:
- Age minimum 40 years.
- Candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Should have good command on English & Bengali with good speaking and writing skills.
- Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and accountable for responsibility.
- Should have good interpersonal & presentation skills.
