Job Description:

• Create highly engaging Static Graphics (logo, mnemonic, banner, brochure, festoon, backdrop, standees, shop sign, digital signage, branch fascia, website contents, digital/social media contents etc.) on a regular basis
• Create highly engaging Motion Graphics (animations, explainer videos, video content etc.)
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to prepare conceptual layouts and ideas
• Receive creative feedback from respective department & execute accordingly

Job Requirements:

• Have excellent command on industry-standard software to create communication materials for both print & digital media
• Advanced level proficiency in four major Adobe suits – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premier Pro is anticipated
• A compelling portfolio with previous projects showcasing skills that are relevant
• The ability to clearly understand marketing communication project objectives & the ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices
• Clear understanding of different advertising & marketing communications materials
• Should be able to generate attractive static and motion graphics
• Sound knowledge on contemporary visual aesthetics such as color schemes, shapes, unique fonts and other design elements

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor in Fine Arts/Multimedia/Creative Technology/Visual Arts/ Communications/Business from any reputed university. Candidates with Master Degree in the mentioned areas and certified training on Graphic Designing Tools (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc.) will be given preference

Job Experience: Minimum 2 years job experience in a reputed organization as a graphic designer
