Job Location: Dhaka, with frequent visit to factories and project sites
Job Responsibilities
- We are looking for Senior personnel for our Geo-Material marketing operation. We will preferably consider applicant with at least 3~5 years of experience in the similar field of operation and candidate must possess working experience with buyers like BWDB, Bangladesh Army, Bangladesh Railway, Char development projects of different ministries and also be familiar with bank protection, river training, Roads, bridge or Railway projects.
Prime responsibilities will be:
- To conduct marketing activities to different purchaser under the guidance of the marketing head,
- Preparing project proposal/bid offer/government tender, business development activities to secure projects in the field of bank protection, river training etc.
- Review client invoices for accuracy and evaluation of project profitability.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
- Monitoring laboratory and field-testing results in support of engineering projects.
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering from any reputed/ accredited college or university.
- MBA preferred
- Science graduates with good CGPA and also having Master of Business Administration (MBA) are also encouraged to apply

- 3 to 5 year(s), experienced engineers will be evaluated accordingly and be positioned in higher ranks,
- Financial and business management skill i.e. project cost estimation, project team management
- Candidate needs to be self-starter who can guide the project team and can do and review geo-technical design. Need to be a team-worker who can work with Resident Engineers, Team Leads and Junior technical staff. Will require visit to sites, accompany regulatory audit team and tasks force
- Candidate needs to have good communication skill in English and Bangla to work with both foreign and local consultants. Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
