Job Context: As a factory general manager, the incumbent is expected to create and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the engineering and manufacturing teams. He will also lead all factory staffs to ensure targeted production. In addition, he would be responsible for mitigating manufacturing risks and running production in most efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make production plans on regular basis and ensure optimum productivity of all products
• Execute the plans and reach the production target set by the company
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the production related raw material and related other accessories are arranged well in advance
• Look after the overall Geo-textile, PP and PS fiber production
• Developing and implementing processes and procedures that ensure 100% accuracy of all products which are manufactured and assure compliance by employees
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile with inventory and production system
• Manage production schedules

Educational Requirements:

• Preferably B.Sc in Mechanical/IPE or similar degree.

Additional Requirements:

• Prior experience in managing factories with 300+ workers. Background in technical textile, spinning manufacturing or in heavy industry is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and managing large teams.
• Strong operational experience with the ability to establish and measure KPI's

Experience:

• 20 years, where 15 years’ experience is required in manufacturing companies at factory level.
