Job Responsibilities
- To develop and Update HR Polices & Procedures for Manufacturing factory to ensure efficient and effective operation;
- To administer recruitment and selection programs;
- To ensure maintenance of effective HR information system, supervise Payroll, Final settlement of separated employees, Attendance & Leave of employees and closely work to minimize the absenteeism of the factory;
- To monitor the compliance and several standards such as ISO 9001: 2015, SEDEX functions of the factory;
- To implement of KPIs of all positions and managing employees’ annual performance reviews;
- To organize employee training programs as per TNA;
- To control and utilization of man, machine and material for optimum productivity
- Any other job assigned by the management as and when required
Educational Requirements:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Post-Graduation Diploma in HRM or Social Compliance will get Preference

Experience Requirements
- At least 08 year(s) in manufacturing unit
- Must have knowledge and experience in ISO 9001: 2015
The applicants should have experience in the following area
- Proven working experience in factory HR including team leading
- Sound knowledge on policy and procedure
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Job Location: Head Office (Banani) and frequent visit to Factories
Salary: Negotiable (40k – 50k)
