Job Context
Job Location: Dhaka (Head Office) with frequent visit to factories

Job Responsibilities

• To supervise functions of the machineries, diagnose along with the plant engineers and suggests ways to improvement.
• To study, analysis and report to the MD on modification, additions and improvement of machineries for better output.
• To be responsible for providing expert technical advisory on machineries and production to the Managing Director.
• The role will also support the managing director in selecting new technology through study, comparison and discussions with the suppliers.
• Be a part of the testing team at plants
• Serves as liaison with suppliers and expatriate domain experts, participating in meetings to ensure management needs are met.
• To check daily reports sent from the different departments and discuss with the MD
• Follow up MD's direction towards factories on operation and machine maintenance in timely manner.
• Compile different reports, Business presentation, summarize and submit to MD as and when required.
• To look after various suppliers' queries, meetings, relation development on behalf of top management

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical from Public University/ UGC approved reputed private University
• (Diploma Engineers who further persuaded B.Sc. degree are strongly discouraged to apply)

Experience Requirements: 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• 2-3 Years of working experience
• Good presentation skill and fluency in English is a must
• Females are strongly encouraged to apply
