Position Title: Admission Assistant (Grade-16)

Position Location: BAIUST, Cumilla
Subject Areas: Registrar’s Office (Admission Wing)

1. BAIUST solicits applications for the post of Lecturer under the Registrar’s Office (Admission Wing). The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

a. Prepare and draft official letters, reports, and documents for admission work in both
    Bangla and English.
b. Keep records and files well-organized, secure, and updated.
c. Review and prioritize incoming correspondence, handle admission-related inquiries, and
    manage outgoing communications.
d. Have good skills in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and PowerPoint presentations.
e. Have good understanding of digital marketing as well as basic graphic design skill.
f. Designing digital media creative content for social media posts, banners, blog images,  
   advertisements and info-graphics.
g. Providing admission and institution related information to guardian and students  
   physically/over the phone.
h. A positive attitude as well as a great mindset about matters of urgency.
i. Assist with other duties as assigned by the university authority.

2. Academic Qualification, Experiences and other requirements. The candidate must have following:

a. Minimum HSC with at least one year of practical experience in office management, preferably within a recognized organization.
b. Proficiency in Office applications, including MS Word & MS Excel.
c. Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and a typing speed of at least 40 WPM in Bengali and   
    60 WPM in English.
d. Graphics design knowledge & experience will get preference.

3. Salary and Other Benefits: As per the University’s Service Policy (Admission Assistant (Grade-16), Gross Salary: BDT 16,500/-).

4. Job Nature: Full-time.
