BAIUST invites applications for the position of LDC under the Registrar’s Office (HR Wing). The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  1. Prepare and draft official letters, reports, and documents for HR-related work in both Bangla and English.
  2. Keep HR records and files well-organized, secure, and updated.
  3. Review and prioritize incoming correspondence, handle HR-related inquiries, and manage outgoing communications.
  4. Have good skills in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and PowerPoint presentations.
  5. Manage confidential HR information with care and follow the university's confidentiality policies.
  6. Have a good understanding of leave policies, gratuity, and provident fund systems to support HR tasks.
  7. Assist with other duties as assigned by the university authority.

2.Academic Qualification, Experiences and other requirements. The candidate must have following:

  1. Minimum HSC with at least one year of practical experience in office management, preferably within a recognized organization.
  2. Proficiency in Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.
  3. Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and a typing speed of at least 30 WPM in Bengali and 40 WPM in English.

4. Job nature: Full time.
