Position Title: Lecturer (Law)

1. Position Description: BAIUST solicits applications for the post of Lecturer under the Dept. of Law. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Teach undergraduate courses that meet the curricular needs of the university with particular emphasis on fundamental education on in all areas of Law.
• Assist in the continuous review and development of the department’s programs.
• Assist in developing academic techniques designed to meet the needs of the diverse learning styles and intellectual interests.
• Work in accordance with University policies and procedures to undertake assessment of students’ work and give feedback.
• Any other related jobs as assigned by the University authority.

2. Academic Qualification, Experiences and other requirements. The candidate must have following:

• L.L.B (Hon’s) with L.L.M from a reputed University.
• Must have achieved at least 03× First Class/Div/A Grade (not below 3.5 at under graduate level) in the entire educational qualification.            
• Candidates who have MPhil or PhD degree will get preference.

3. Salary and other benefits: As per University’s Service Policy. (Lecturer Grade-9).

4. Job nature: Full time.
