The purpose of this RFP is to invite innovative proposals to implement projects that accelerate clean energy transition in Bangladesh. Details are specified in the Attachment A – Scope of Work. This RFP is administered by the Bangladesh Advancing Development and Growth through Energy (BADGE) Activity. The BADGE activity is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Tetra Tech ES, Inc.

Tetra Tech ES, Inc. aims to issue subcontracts to implementation and deliver associated goods and services through innovative activities that will contribute to the objectives of BADGE and its Innovation Fund. Through this RFP, BADGE encourages innovative proposals, in two stages, from eligible bidders in the thematic areas specified in the Attachment A: Scope of Work.
