• Responsible for export Marketing & Business Development of the company
• Develop Business plan for setting up target on monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
• Meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing Department.
• Must have a number of Brand buyer in hand such as H&M, Redcat, Asda,Tesco, Target, Siplec, Carrefour,Lidl, IKEA, Sainsbury, Next, K-Mart, Heimtex, M&S etc and develop exiting order.
• Analyze pre-costing & post costing and evaluate financial result of product to be marketed
• To follow up with planning/production.
• Evaluate business growth towards maintaining and achieving the target.
• Establish and maintain a strong, strategic partnership with vendor and suppliers.
• Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
• Collaborate with top management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and resources
• Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors and all aspects of the group target.
• Ensure periodic reporting to the management

Educational Requirements
BBA or MBA from any university preferably major in marketing

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years (Experience in Textile sector will be highly preferred.)

Job Requirements

• Age not over than 45 year(s)
• Experience in Textile sector shall be preferred.
• Superior inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and take challenges.

Salary Range
