Job Context
Averroes International School Mirpur is seeking a qualified and experienced Coordinator / Section Head (Early Years) to lead the Early Years section with strong academic leadership, curriculum coordination, and classroom supervision.

Job Location: Mirpur & Uttara, Dhaka

Employment Status: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership for the Early Years section
  
• Supervise teaching and learning activities in classrooms
  
• Support curriculum planning and implementation
  
• Mentor and guide teachers for professional development
  
• Monitor student progress and assessment practices
  
• Communicate effectively with parents and school leadership
  
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant discipline
  
• Professional training or certification in Early Childhood Education will be considered an advantage
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Early Years, including at least 2 years of experience as a Coordinator or Section Head
  
• Demonstrated leadership and academic coordination skills
  
• Strong communication, classroom management, and team supervision abilities
  
• Familiarity with international curriculum practices (Cambridge / EYFS / similar frameworks preferred)
