To continue this legacy of excellence, Averroes International School is seeking two dynamic, visionary, and experienced Vice Principals for our Uttara and Lalmatia campuses.

The selected candidates will assist the Principal and the Head of Schools & Managing Director in providing academic leadership, overseeing operational management, ensuring discipline, and fostering a safe, vibrant, and inspiring learning environment aligned with the school's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in overall academic, administrative, and operational management.
  
• Monitor and enhance academic programs, teaching quality, and student learning outcomes.
  
• Lead curriculum implementation, teacher observations, and professional development programs.
  
• Maintain student discipline, attendance, and behavioral standards.
  
• Foster strong communication and collaboration between school, parents, and the community.
  
• Oversee the organization of timetables, events, extracurricular activities, and special programs.
  
• Promote Islamic values, character development, and uphold the school's mission and vision.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field). A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience and 2 years in a similar position or a leadership/administrative role at a reputed English medium or similar institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of modern educational methodologies and child development.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
  
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Preferred Qualities:

• Previous experience as a Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator.
  
• Familiarity with British Curriculum (Cambridge/Edexcel) is an advantage.
  
• Technology savvy with experience in school management software.
  
• Strong Islamic ethical character and a role model for students and staff.
