Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive instructional activities that support diverse learning needs.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate varying student abilities and backgrounds.
- Create a positive, student-centered learning environment that fosters active participation and achievement.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to curriculum planning and continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student progress.
- Collaborate with peers and demonstrate high professional and ethical standards.
- Set and monitor goals to ensure consistent student growth and performance.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and fulfill all duties in a timely, organized manner.

Educational Requirements:
- A Master's degree in the relevant subject area is required.
- Candidates with an English-medium academic background will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, preferably in an English-medium school environment.
- Prior experience in an IB (International Baccalaureate) school will be considered an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
- Age between 24 and 45 years.
- Open to both male and female applicants.
- Experience of IB Diploma / MYP
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Energetic, well-organised, and committed to student success.
- Proficiency in using computers and digital teaching tools is required.
