Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, practices and documentation.
• Study the structural, architectural and other design/ drawing pertinent of the project and verify the work accordingly.
• Check the entire procurement process of civil materials.
• Identify the risk factors and ensure internal control of the risk involved in civil activities.
• Manage all the civil assets through checking the inventory, ownership and logical use of the civil assets.
• Check the internal services and related agreements with the third parties to ensure the supply and services.
• Check all the ongoing civil construction work and ensure the maintenance of all buildings & other constructions.
• Prepare audit reports and preserve working papers to support the audit findings.
• Visit the market and factory as and when required for audit purpose.
• Must have knowledge on BOQ for Budget Compliance.
• Must have knowledge billing control & compliance basis on MB & Analysis.

Requirements

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• From any reputed University will be preferable.

Experience Requirement:

• At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirement:

• At least 10 years' experience in real estate sector as auditor.
• Must Know MS Word, MS Excel, ERP Software, MSP and other Civil Engineering Software.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill.
• Able to work independently under pressure.
• Energetic, Creative, Sincere and Honest.
