Job Responsibilities

• Applicants should have the experience on Estimating & costing of all kind of residential & commercial high-rise buildings in Real Estate sector.
  
• Vast Knowledge on BOQ.
  
• Able to prepare Estimate format on MS Excel.
  
• Vast knowledge on all kind of materials & requirement policy.
  
• Able to prepare Master Program.
  
• Knowledge on PWD rate schedule.
  
• Vast knowledge on all types of drawing.
  
• Knowledge on materials wastage policy.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc/Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed university in country/abroad.

Experience Requirements

• At least 6 years’ experience as Estimator for B.Sc Engineer/at least 10 years’ experience as estimator for Diploma Engineer.
  
• The applicants should have experience in the following area- Real Estate, Developer & Group of companies.
  
• Must Know- AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, ERP Software, MSP and other Civil Engineering Software.

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 38 years.
  
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill.
  
• Able to work independently under pressure.
  
• Energetic, Creative, Sincere and Honest.

Job Location: Dhaka (Willing to frequent travel at the project sites).

Salary: Negotiable
