Responsibility:
- Able to Configure Cisco, Mikro Tik router MPLS, IPSec, Gre, VPN, L3/L2
- Team player and strong interpersonal and leadership skill

- Good understanding of BGP
- IP network configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Work with vendors and co-location/pop site in performing site
- Improvement and maintenance
- Plan, design, implement and maintain entire network infrastructure
- Ensure infrastructure security with maximum uptime
- Full Support, design, configure, maintain and upgrade in-house network and servers
- Install and integrate new server hard ware and applications specially Linux
- Ensure network security and connectivity
- Monitor network performance ( Availability, utilization, throughout, good put and latency
- Specify system requirement and design solutions
- Research and make recommendation on server system administration.

Education: EEE/CSE/B.Sc in Telecom
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following area
- Customer support
- ISP Business
Additional Requirement
- CCBA MTCNA is must
- Cisco certified network professional CCNP will be a great plus
- The applicants should have proven experience in network engineering role.
- Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
- Excellent knowledge of best practice around management, control and monitoring of server infrastructure.
- Experience with firewalls, internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting and problem resolution is desired
- Ability to set up and configure server hardware
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
- Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
- Networking , windows, Linux system security , cisco, mikrotik, wifi solution
- Natural / Acquired technical attitude
- Fully bilingual-read, write, speak in English and Bengali.
- Ability to work at height and in confined spaces
- Must have administrative skill and network maintenance experience.
