Position : Field Worker
Number of Position(s) : 01 (One)
Position Type     : Full Time (40 Hours per week)
Duty Station : ASK Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Reportable to : Coordinator/Project Lead
Project Titel   : Enhancing Engagement of Women, Youth, and Other Marginalized Groups to Foster Accountability and Advance Human Rights Culture in Bangladesh


Key Responsibilities:

  • Good understanding on GVB, cases management, referral pathways.
  • Works with lawyer and community women leader
  • Conducts rapid responses on GVB
  • Work under the supervision of Lawyer and collaborate with other teams members.
  • Notice served to stakeholder
  • Communication with client over phone and in person
  • Regular Field Visit Dhaka and outside of Dhaka.
  • Hospital, Police Station, Court and other Govt. office visit for client support
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications Required:

HSC with good academic records. At least 2 years experiences

Age limit: Age at most 32 years

Additional Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the area of NGO sectors with similar responsibilities.
  • Previous work experience in emergency settings
  • Strong Sound knowledge on social cohesion and legal system.
  • Strong Sound knowledge on case management
  • Teamwork spirit and community mobilization skills
  • Good communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness to frequent travel across the project areas.

Salary: Monthly Salary BDT 22,000 – 24,000 with others organizational benefit.
