Key Responsibilities:
- Implement all planned activities.
- Responsible for the formation of Different Drama Group.
- Conduct training for strengthening the capacity of the members of the Group and other cultural activist.
- Supervise Issue Based theatre presentations at the grassroots level.
- Responsible for organizing regional and Central human rights festivals.
- Responsible for organizing national and international day observation events (Central & Local level).
- Conduct a Workshop on Issue-Based Drama Production & Training of Trainers for theatre groups.
- Supervise the activities of different drama group, cultural organizations, and schools.
- Responsible for organizing different types of events at the local & central levels.
- Prepare field reports and unit reports.
- Maintain files, records, and other related documents
- Participate in training, workshops, seminars, etc from ASK.
- Any other work required by ASK management.
- Accountable to the Senior coordinator of the Human Rights Awareness (HRA) unit.
Qualifications Required:
Masters in Drama and Dramatics or any other discipline of Social Science with good academic records. At least 5 years experiences.
Age limit: Age should not exceed 40 years. However, age may be relaxed for deserving candidates.
Additional Requirements:
- The applicants should have experience in the area of NGO sectors with similar responsibilities.
- Good relationship and networking with media partners for effective collaborations to meet the organization’s objectives
- Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and in team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge in building individual and organizational capacity in program implementation.
- Applicant should have good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills and the capacity to produce quality reports independently.
- Willingness to frequent travel across the project areas.
Salary: Monthly Salary BDT 37,000 – 39,000 with other organizational benefit.
